Since the early '90s great effort has been directed towards the creation of a dense network of medium-small producers throughout the national territory.
The research was and still is aimed at selecting the best gastronomic products in the country, far from the goal of having visibility and advertising, but with the sole purpose of ensuring dishes to our customers that could reflect the great excellence of our territories and the culture of good food.
Also for this reason since the first steps of Slow Food organization we have believed in this non-profit association whose mission is to give the right value to food, respecting its production cycles and respecting the environment.
